I. Business Manager in Real Estate

Quantity: 03 peoples

Description:

– Search for real estate investment opportunities

– Find and develop customer systems for real estate trading floor

– Develop business staff of real estate trading floor

– Preparation, analysis and allocation mechanism proposed business for each department (direct sale, brokerage, administration and department heads).

– Analysis of the market and competitors related to the business areas of the company.

– Seeking opportunities for cooperation / investments to seek more business opportunities for the company.

– Perform other duties assigned by the Board of Directors.

Requirement:

– University degree with specialization appropriate

– Have the appropriate professional certificates

– At least 3 years’ experience in the field of real estate business

– Understand the real estate market, on planning issues, legal…

– English communication, office computer

– Ability to organize scientific work

– Honestly, dynamic, proactive work, a sense of responsibility

– Ability to lead a team, encourage teamwork

Remuneration:

– High Salary: 5- 15 million (according to ability and experience).

II. Business Expert in Real Estate

 Quantity: 10 peoples

 Description:

– Perform tasks related to sales real estate product of the company

– Survey and capture all indicators of Real Estate market (survey of price, demand, strategic location …)

– Find and develop customer systems for Real Estate;

– Search for real estate investment opportunities, sources for real estate trading floor

– Perform other duties assigned by the head of department.

Requirement:

– University degree with specialization appropriate;

– Age not more than 35 and priorities male candidates;

– Understand the real estate market, on planning issues, legal …;

– Experience in business, real estate brokers are an advantage;

– Fluency computer literate, able to use English;

– Active, honest, capable of organizing scientific work, skilled work independently and in groups; have a high sense of responsibility;

– There are sales skills;

– Priority given to candidates with experience in sales organizations prestigious real estate.

Remuneration:

– High Salary: 3- 10 million (according to ability and experience).

III. Freelancer

Quantity: 10 peoples

Description:

– Find and exploit potential customers.

– Introduction, advice, guides customers to visit the project.

– Connecting customers to the product, the product come to customers through effective marketing channels.

– Manage customer information sources, customer classification, and customer care.

IV. Marketing Expert

Description:

Responsible for implementation of PR activities:

– Implementation of the PR campaign planned.

– Build relationships with the press agencies, television stations, government departments…

– Coordinate implementation of PR activities with other departments.

– Responsible for the implementation of external content writing, website, internal publications…

– Develop a PR plan and implementation PR campaigns.

– Planning and implementation of development internal culture of enterprise

– Coordinate and support the work done by Marketing Expert, PR Group

– Marketing and perform other duties as assigned by the project leaders.

Responsible for the implementation of marketing activities:

– Implement the marketing plan.

– Control the prime Net brand identity system in the entire system.

– Management information systems and customer care

– Develop marketing plan and implementation plan marketing activities.

– Coordinate and support the work done by Marketing Expert, PR Group

– Marketing and perform other duties as assigned by the project leaders.

Requirement:

– Graduated from the University of Economics / Foreign Trade / Marketing.

– Basic knowledge of Marketing

– Ability to presentation and negotiation, ability to build teamwork spirit effectiveness

– Dynamic, creative, sensitive and handled the situation well

– Use good English, information technology office.

– Have at least 1 year experience in a similar position.

V. Korean translator (can work part-time)

Description:

– Translation of all documents and consulting letters from Vietnamese to Korean and vice versa;

– Working with the Korean investors to recognize the requirements of the service;

– Reply, updating the progress of work for Korean investors by telephone, email;

– Support the professional divisions of the company perform related services;

– Perform other duties as requested by the Board of Directors

Requirement:

– Computerization good, using fluent some software as word, excel, power point.

– Foreign languages: ​​Korean (skills listening / speaking / reading / writing to achieve good or higher)
