Mr. Tran Trong Hieu
Mr. Hieu graduated with a Bachelor of Economics Degree from the Academy of Finance and then a MBA from an USA University and Hanoi School of Business, Vietnam. He also completed a senior business administration training program in Germany funded by the German Government Scholarship, training by Centre for European Economic Research (ZEW) and organized by GIZ.
In 1999, Mr. Hieu was among the first builders of the business network for Prudential Vietnam and was awarded with Star Builder – an honor for those having important contribution to the development of Prudential Vietnam.
In IDJ Connection, he established a wide investment community and M&A network. He came to over 20 different countries around the world to get experience of companies and global financial group.
Mr. Hieu was one of the two founding members of IDJ Financial and acted as Chief Executive Officer and BODs member of the company since foundation. Under his leadership, IDJ Financial has made numerous achievements over the last six years, listing on the stock exchange. In 2010, IDJ Financial was recognized as one of the 500 biggest companies in Vietnam by VNR 500.
Mr. Hieu is currently Chairman of IDJ Group and Chairman of IDJ Academy of Business Administration, Executive Chairman of IDJ Asset and IDJ Connection, Chairman of IDJ Real. He is also a founding shareholder of IDJ Investment and Hanoi Academy under IDJ Group’s system.
In 2014, on behalf of IDJ Group, Mr. Hieu received “The New Era Award for Technology, Innovation and Quality” which was awarded by Association Otherways Management & Consulting Paris – France in Rome, Italy.
Mr. Hoang Ha Phan graduated from Foreign Trade University, then went to Singapore studying. Having experience working in some international businesses, Mr. Hoang Ha Phan is currently CEO of IDJ Group.
Mr. Phan has extensive experience working with foreign partners in the field of international trade and real estate investment. He has signed many successful contracts with domestic and international partners, contributing greatly to the prosperous development of IDJ Group.
Ms. Huyen has extensive experience in selling/renting townhouses, offices, shopping malls, luxury apartments as well as in-depth experience in Administration and Human Resources.
Ms. Huyen has many years of experience in accounting, finance & auditing.
Mr. Nguyen Giang Son holds a bachelor’s degree in economics, and graduated with an excellent degree of Foreign Trade University. Having worked in various positions from employee to manager at many companies, Mr. Son has extensive knowledge of business administration and operation, extensive experience in real estate project management and investor relationship.
Mr. Son is currently the project director of IDJ Real.
Mr. Soren Kirchner is currently a Senior Advisor of IDJ Group.
