On October 17, 2025, ORPC Group solemnly held the inauguration ceremony of ORPC Hai Phong Factory at DEEP C 2A Industrial Park, Dinh Vu Economic Zone, Dong Hai Ward, Hai Phong City, Vietnam.
The event marked an important step in the journey of expanding ORPC’s operations in Vietnam, while affirming the capacity of IDJ Construction as the general contractor for the project.

IDJ Construction – From the foundation to the symbol of sustainability
As the general contractor of the project, IDJ Construction (a member of IDJ Group) has accompanied ORPC since the early days of implementation, undertaking all construction work of infrastructure, structure, finishing, and technical systems of the factory.
The project is implemented according to international standards, applying green construction solutions, optimizing energy, safety, and efficiency – clearly demonstrating the organizational capacity, management and sense of responsibility of the IDJ Construction team.
During the construction process, IDJ Construction always maintains progress – quality – safety as three core values. Notably, near the end of 2024, the project had to face Yagi super typhoon – a big challenge for the entire construction site. Immediately after the typhoon, the IDJ Construction team quickly returned to construction with a spirit of urgency, discipline, and efficiency. This professionalism and dedication have contributed significantly to the project’s completion on schedule and to achieving quality beyond expectations.

The success of the ORPC Hai Phong project also bears the mark of the IDJ Construction team, under the leadership of the Board of Directors, a team full of enthusiasm, with high management skills and always pioneering in applying advanced construction methods, ensuring efficiency and absolute safety on the construction site.

The inauguration ceremony took place solemnly with the participation of representatives of ORPC Group, strategic partners, local authorities, and the entire project team.
