Our history

Since its foundation, IDJ Group has gradually affirmed its brand as one of the most innovative, effective and prestigious investment corporations in the market. Significant milestones in the development of IDJ Group include:

– 16/08/2004: IDJ was established with the introduction of IDJ Connection JSC – the first investment and M&A consultancy company in Vietnam.

– 15/03/2007: IDJ Financial JSC (IDJF) was established with a chartered capital of VND 149.6 billion (Now called IDJ Investment).

– 07/2007: The project of Hanoi Academy (Now called Hanoi Academy International Bilingual School) was invested and developed by IDJ Education JSC.

– 22/09/2008: IDJ Asset Management JSC (IDJ Asset) was established.

– 19/05/2008: IDJ Engineering & Construction JSC (IDJ E&C) was established with a chartered capital of USD 5 million.

– 05/01/2009: A Shopping Mall and 3 floors of the Office Building (in Grand Plaza – a complex of 5 star Hotel and First Class Office Building developed by CharmVit Group. Korea) were invested and developed by IDJ Investment JSC, and managed by IDJ Financial JSC.

– 09/09/2009: Hanoi Academy first opened the school year with more than 500 students.

– 05/06/2010: IDJF increased its chartered capital to VND 326 billion.

– 13/09/2010: IDJF was listed on the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) with the code IDJ

– 15/01/2011: Recognized as one of the 500 largest enterprises in Vietnam (VNR 500)

– 05/07/2012: IDJ shares have been listed in the Top 30 “gold” shares HNX30.

– 23/06/2014: IDJ Group was rewarded with the New Era Award for the Technology, Innovation & Quality by Association of Management & Consulting in Paris, France.

– 14/11/2016: IDJ Academy of Innovation and Startup was founded. It is a business training school, focusing on online training. The Academy is highly appreciated since all of its trainers are leading businessmen in Vietnam. Moreover, it is also the connection of investment and trade between domestic and international businesses.

– 12/5/2017: IDJ Group established a new legal entity called IDJ GROUP in order to connect its member companies as well as connect and introduce international cooperation opportunities to the Vietnamese business community.
