On December 9th, 2016, the launching ceremony of IDJ Academy of Innovation and Startup took place with the presence of IDJ leaders and advisors as well as many investors and other honor guests. The ceremony was held in a warm, friendly atmosphere at IDJ Group’s Chairman – Mr Tran Trong Hieu’s villa. The launching of IDJ Academy of Innovation and Startup also drew a lot of attention from the press.

IDJ Academy of Innovations and Startup is a professional educational institution for startup entrepreneurs founded by Mr. Tran Trong Hieu – Chairman of IDJ Group, who started his business in his early twenties and succeeded before the age of 30. Mr Tran Trong Hieu has turned IDJ Group into a million USD company.
Students are young businessman who want to become entrepreneurs, to start a new company, to launch new projects or businesses. IDJ Academy offers the course “Master Your Business” – a practical MBA program (10 lessons). In addition, most of the lecturers in IDJ Academy are well – known entrepreneurs who have been successful in the market place.
At the launching ceremony, Mr. Tran Trong Hieu emphasized: “After Hanoi Academy was founded in 2009, IDJ Academy of Innovation and Startup has long been a longing, cherishing desire inside myself. And today, I’m really happy when I have done what I want for a long time, that is investing in and developing education.”

The launching ceremony of IDJ Academy of Innovation and Startup was also attended by mentors who directly contributed to the operation of IDJ Academy. On behalf of the consultant board, Mr. Augustin Ha Ton Vinh – President and CEO of Stellar Management, said “The enterprises must start first and always keep their entrepreneurial spirit so that it can be a platform for individuals to start up.” On approving of Mr. Augustin Ha Ton Vinh, Dr. Soren R. Kirchner – General Director of AGMA USA also expressed his interest in the launching ceremony and hoped that IDJ Academy would develop sustainably and successfully in the role of leading individuals and enterprises to start up businesses.

With the goal of “Every entrepreneur before starting his business is required to have a certificate from the Academy” (70% practical experience and 30% academic knowledge), the curriculum of IDJ Academy created by IDJ Group’s Chairman – Mr Tran Trong Hieu and a group of businessmen based on American MBA curriculum combined with lots of years of experience in the domestic and international markets. At the end of the course, students will have three basic things: knowledge to run a business, participate in business networking of IDJ Academy and have the opportunity to meet many investors at the end of the course.
The launching ceremony of the IDJ Academy of Innovation and Startup has become more cordial and warmer when all the guests joined outdoor party and gave each other best wishes.
