IDJ Financial ’s representative said, number of tenants increases suddenly after restructuring and repositioning business strategy at Grand Plaza shopping center (on Tran Duy Hung Street, Cau Giay District, Hanoi), especially after the announcement of free promotions rental retail space with incentives for customers.
According to our previous expectation to the end of July, there will be approximately 65-70% filled space of Grand Plaza. However, to date 21st July, 100% space of tow first floors of the shopping center has been filled. Moreover, a lot of customers registered to rent the shopping center are waiting until the management department restructures space the 3rd and 4th floor.
